The centrepiece of The Eagle is its modern and inviting brasserie, offering discerning diners a more formal atmosphere to enjoy the very best seasonal produce that this beautiful region has to offer.

Before you sit down to peruse the menu, take a moment to view the dry aged beef cabinet and seasonal local game maturing in the custom-built chilling cabinets, which are located to either side of the open kitchen.
No detail has been overlooked in the pursuit of the perfect dining experience, especially in the kitchen, where the state of the art hand-built Molteni range resides for all to see.

In the summer months the expansive doors are opened to give a totally al fresco dining experience - whenever our Lancashire weather permits of course!
